Vinyl Record Drop-off Policy • Respect the Process: Old Soul Creatives is a one-woman show, run by Natalie, who is dedicated to keeping an organized and steady-flowing custom order process. Please be mindful and schedule your drop-off time accordingly to help me serve everyone efficiently. • Late Arrivals: If you’re running late for your scheduled drop-off, please notify me at 859-652-1146. I’ll wait up to 15 minutes after your scheduled time, but if you’re later than that, you’ll need to reschedule your drop-off using the link in your original order confirmation email. • No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled drop-off, your order’s production may be delayed. You will need to reschedule another drop-off via the link in your original confirmation email. • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your drop-off or pickup, please notify Old Soul Creatives at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or missed appointments may cause delays in your order processing. • Convenience Fee: If your drop-off is rescheduled more than twice or you miss your appointment more than twice, a $20 convenience fee will be added to the total cost of your order. • Privacy: All personal information collected during the booking process is for communication purposes related to your custom order only.
