Service Description
Choose a time to pick up your completed custom order piece from Old Soul Creatives. Natalie will meet you in person and collect any remaining balance on your order, if you haven’t already paid online.
Cancellation Policy
Order Pickup Policy: • Respect the Process: Old Soul Creatives is a one-woman operation, and Natalie is committed to providing a smooth and efficient experience for all custom orders. Please schedule your pickup time thoughtfully to help me serve everyone in a timely manner. • Late Arrivals: If you're running late for your scheduled pickup, please contact me at 859-652-1146. I’ll wait up to 15 minutes after your scheduled time. If you're later than that, you'll need to reschedule your pickup through the link in your original order confirmation email. • No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled pickup, your order's handover may be delayed. Please reschedule your pickup using the link in your original confirmation email. • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your pickup, please notify Old Soul Creatives at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or missed appointments could result in delays to your order's completion. • Convenience Fee: If your pickup is rescheduled more than twice or you miss your appointment more than twice, a $20 convenience fee will be added to the total cost of your order. • Privacy: All personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for communication related to your custom order.
